PRESENTATION LUNCHEON 2023

The Annual Presentation Lunch of the Club took place on Wednesday 25 October 2023 at Heaven Farm, Furnace Green. There were 21 members and 4 guests, who took part in a fine repast that was efficiently served. It was a very good turnout which involved a lot of chatter, Everyone had previously chosen their menu and no one was disappointed. Congratulations to the winners of our internal competitions. They were –          Ladies Singles – June Lambert;          Men’s Singles – Mike Evans;             Drawn Pairs – Peter Lambert and Dave Rickman;            2 Wood Yardstick – Mike Evans;            Novices – Josh Shields and Littlemead Trophy – June Lambert.

The Club now looks forward to the 2024 Season but in the meantime we are planning a Social Evening in the Memorial Hall and a Pre Season Get Together in the Church Hall early in year.
